OL 2000 OUTLLIB.DLL error

Many times when I start up my PC in the morning when OL opens I get an
"Performed Illegal" message. When viewed it tells there was a "fault in
module OUTLLIB.DLL at 0187.3a532144."

I have to restart in order to open OL properly. Any fix ideas?
