OL 2000/Win 2000 & Creating profile

I've read the instructions on the website about creating a
profile. It says to go into Mail and click on show
profiles. When I click on Mail, I dont have anything that
says click on show profiles. It automatically goes to
Mail, Internet Accounts.
Do I need to reinstall something or ??????

You are running Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only mode, which does not
support profiles. You'd need to switch to Corporate/Workgroup mode to
enable profiles. Read the following article for a comparison of the two
modes and instructions for changing from one to the other if you decide
that's what you need to do.
