We have a custom OL form based on the Contact format.All
users are set up to use Word as their email editor and to
use RTF by default. Whenever one of the customized forms
is forwarded via email (internally)the email format
automatically changes to HTML and then the recipient of
the message is unable to add any additional attachments.
Furthermore, when the original sender gets the email back,
the original customized form is now simply an envelope
icon that is empty when you click on it.
