OL 2003 locks up when forwarding e-mails

It locks up PC (WinXP Home) requiring reboot. It doesn't do it every
time, but VERY often. Any Ideas?

Sorry, I left out that it locks frequently, but not always, only when
forwarding e-mails with file attachments.
