OL 2003 Rules Question

Tom

I'd like to have Outlook keep certain communications in a seperate PST
file (for a myriad of reasons) with a "common" address book, calendar,
etc.

I've achieved (most of) that with rules, routing everything that comes in
to a certain account to the second PST's Inbox, etc.

My problem is on the "outbound" side... It seems that my only option is
to "move a copy" of a sent messsage to the second PST's sent item folder,
leaving two copies, which makes no sense.

Since "move a copy" inherently means there will be two copies, and who
would want that?, I'm convinced that there's something "not obvious" that
I'm missing here.

How do I move a sent item from "sent items" when it's sent? (not copy
it)?

I guess this can't be done since no one has replied to this post. This is
something that has also bothered me about Outlook.
