OL 2003 UI: Shortcut to public folder tree?

F

Franz Schenk

We have some Public Folder Trees like "Projects" (with all customers as
subfolders) and "Engineering" (with different applications as subfolders).

In Outlook 2003, we can now add the Public Folder "Projects" or
"Engineering" to the links or to favorites. But both solutions are useless,
because browsing through the sub folder tree is not possible. In "Links", no
subfolder is visible, in "Favorites" only the synchronized Subfolders are
visible.

So every time we want to access a subfolder of one of the above categories,
we have to browse through the whole Public Folder tree: Click on "folder
list", then scrolling a lot because the folder windows is too small and with
a lot of mouse klicks, we reach the "Engineering" or "Projects" folder.

Is there a more easy and faster way to access our folders?

Thanks in advance for any help
Franz
