OL 2K3: For Followup Folder gone

The "For Follow-Up" folder in my Favorites panel is suddenly missing. It was
there this morning, and I don't remember manually deleting it (although
anything is possible). I can't find a way to recreate it - I tried repairing
Outlook, to no avail.

Any ideas?

Put the Navigation Pane to view the Mail folders. Rightclick Search Folders
and choose for New Search Folder. Here you can choose Mail Flagged For
Follup Up.
