OL2000 Order of Personal Folders

Could somone tell me if it is possible to change the order in which the
folders are displayed in Outlook 2000, from alphabetical to a custom order?

Thanks. I have been doing that and also prefixing the folder names with
letters to change the order. It just seems a little messy, and I wondered if
there was a smarter way of doing it? If not, OK, then I know.
