OL2000: Printing options for plain text messages do not allow to select pages

One can only select all/odd/even, but one cannot select specific pages. This is a very basic feature which is missing. I would like to report this to Microsoft so that they can make the appropriate changes when SP-4 comes out. Could you advise me on how to do so?

I doubt there will be any more substantive changes made in the behavior of
Outlook 2000. It's too old.
