OL2000 SP-3 Read Nonsecure E-mail as Plain Text

Hi Folks,

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 307594 discusses a registry edit to
allow reading of all mail as plain text, however this article only
makes mention of OL2002 and makes no direct reference to OL2000.

Does anyone know whether a similar registery edit for OL2000 SP-3 will
"work" in the same way as described in the Article?

For OL2000 the registry key presumably would be:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\Options\Mail
