OL2000 Spell check Question

Hi. My Outlook 2000 has its International Option set
as "Western Europe (windows) for both outgoing and
received format. The 'use MS Word as word editor'is also
enabled and RTF format is used. The problem arises when I
try to reply or forward messages that I receive in HTML -
Western Europe (ISO) and Plain Text - Japanese (JIS)
formats where my mis-spelled words are not underlined in
red and I would like to have those feature without using
the Tools - Spelling or press the F7 key. The lines show
up when I compose new email though. Any help is greatly
appreciated:)
