OL2000 XP Home Runtime Error

I recently installed XP Home on my machine to replace
Win98. When I start Outlook 2000 I get an immediate
error saying Microsoft C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error
This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in
an unusual way. Then it immediately stops.

I have Office 2000 SR-1 with all the updates.

Any thoughts?
