OL2002 Blank Body

Hi,
Some of incoming html email have blank body instead of a
message (actually only a small dot instead of the
message). Has anyone heard of this problem?
I have 3 users with the same problem, all using OL2002
SP2, 2 with NT4 and one with Win2k OS.
