OL2002 not sending/receiving

Help Someone:

I loaded a new mouse without exiting OL and now OL is no
longer working. I receive an error during the Inbox
synchronization of Headers 0x80004005 Save existing work
and restart program. Error 0x800CCC19 - Timed out waiting
for response from server. I'm on a Web connection and
cannot change time settings.

Suggestions anyone?
