I have a problem with Outlook 2002. My profile is setup
with an IMAP connection to a Mailbox on my Exchange 5.5
server and with an Exchange connection to a different
mailbox on the same Exchange 5.5 server.
If I reply to a message in the IMAP mailbox, or if I
create a new mail message and use the Accounts drop-down
list to send out using the IMAP mailbox, the message will
always show up as if it was sent by the default Exchange
mailbox, not the selected IMAP mailbox. This is true only
for messages sent to people who have an account in
Exchange. If I send a new message or reply to an Internet
account (not on my 5.5 server) it works correctly and
shows that it was sent from the selected account.
How do I fix it so this work internally as well as to the
Internet? Q284298 seems to be a similar problem, but
offers no fix or work around.
