OL2003/ActiveSync 3.7.1 bug?

OL2002 on WM2003, some e-mails were put in Outbox.
After ActiveSync, OL2003 on desktop is crashing,
apparently due to error while trying to send the last
message in outbox after synchronization with the PDA.

This message remains in Outbox folder, I cannot delete it
(Access denied / moved or already deleted as per error
message) and when I try to send it OL2003 crashes.

Any help is welcomed!
