My Address Book points to a mail container for staff at
my site. We maintain several for different sites etc
with a GAL for everyone. This is all on a Exchange 2000
server.
If I run Outlook 2003 in cache mode and take the PC
offline the address book still defaults to this contain
but it always displays an error when I create an email
etc as I only now have access to the GAL. The error
reports the 'connection to the server is unavailable'.
I don't mind it using the GAL but can Outlook be set to
automatically use the GAL when offline and revert to the
container when online? (Just like OL2000 did).
