In Outlook XP, you could sort according to groups, and then drag items from
one group to another. This was very handy for organizing mail by subject.
For example, (when grouped by subject) two "Groups" of items could be
combined by dragging one group into the other. Subsequently, the subject
line of items in the first group are updated to match the subject line of
items in the second group. The result is one group instead of two. If you
have many subjects, you can dramatically reduce the number of subject groups
by doing this
Unfortunately, this cannot be done in Outlook 2003. Does anyone know how to
restore this functionality?
Thanks!!
