OL2003 - duplicate Personal Folders

I had to mess around with my pst file recently (exported to a new file, did
some re-naming, but eventually went back to the original pst file with the
original name - all because Activesync wasn't working right), but now have
"personal folders" appearing twice in my folder list. Neither entry can be
closed, and they are completely in sync - changes to one affect the other as
well.

This has stopped WebPublisher from working, as it's loading both sets of
folders.

Any idea how I can remove the duplicate?

The easiest way to deal with the problem is to create a new mail profile
from scratch and delete the old profile.
