OL2003 Error: Some names could not be added to Contacts...

While trying to add some names to a Contact folder or PAB from our Exchange
Server GAL, I got the following...

"Some names could not be added to Contacts. The action could not be
completed."

Also (Other users get trying to add to from GAL to PAB in OL2002 "Some names
could not be added to the Personal Address Book. The action could not be
completed.")

Neither right clicking on the GAL name and clicking "Add to Contacts" or
opening the GAL contact, and clicking the add to Contacts button work.

(It doesn't seem to matter if the client is OL2003 , OL2002 or OL97.)

We recently migrated our mailboxes from EXCH 5.5 servers to EXCH2000 since
then it seems we can't add any contacts from a GAL to contacts folders or
previous existing PAB files we've had for years.

Any Suggestions /Solutions?
