OL2003 - Multiple Mail Selection

Since Spam seems to come into OL2003 in big blocks as anyone figured out how to select MULTIPLE Spam Email's and add them to the blocked senders list

I can only figure out how to do it one at a time, even with keystrokes (which is shift+f10 > j > b if anyone is interested)

It's driving me nuts to have to walk down through 250+ spams adding them one at at a time to the blocked senders list.

You can't do that for multiple messages at once (not yet). Manually creating
a blocklist isn't the way to go here as the address practically always
changes.

How are your filter settings? Even with the setting set to "Low" it catches
about 99% of spam on my "spam account". Setting the filter to "High" catches
them all.
