OL2003 - Spam Alert emails?

It seems Outlook 2003 marks some emails as "Spam Alert" yet fails to
move them to my Junk Mail folder. Any ideas how to fix this? I have
the spam filter set to high.

Outlook doesn't mark anything. You probably have another spamfilter
installed or it is done by your ISP. Contact them to verify this. It is
marked so you can easily set rules to move/delete the message based on the
subject.
