Hi there,
All users with WXPSP2 & OFF2003SP1, work in caching mode with EX2003SP1
server.
When I sent emails to internal users, I got the read ack email so that I
knew my email was being read.
However I found that for some of my sent emails, it had tracking tab, but
some of my other sent emails, it did not have tracking tab, even I sent to
the same recipients. Similar problems happened on other user's machines as
well.
Wondering why the tracking tab is so unpredictable & if it could be fixed?
