OL2007, Vista, AV up to date, still prompts for programmatic access

I have Outlook 2007 on Vista Ultimate. If I go into Outlook,
Tools|Trust Center|Programmatic Access, it says "Antivirus
Status: Valid"

yet when I use the SendObject command from an Access 2007 macro,
it halts the email for 10 seconds and then I must still press
YES.

Any suggestions?
