OL2K: Automatic Replies-Extended Absences

I'm trying to setup a long term automatic reply to emails for a coworker going on maternity leave. I was told it was under "tools", but I don't believe that fucntion was installed. Am I looking in the wrong place, or do I need to comandeer someone's Outlook disk? Any help given would be much appreciated

Thanks for the info, but the file "Emsuix.ecf" is not on the list of add-ins that appears when I click 'Install'. I read about messing with the registry, but I'm wondering if that's an option if the file doesn't even seem to exist. Registry keys that serve to load files will only work if the file exists, I presume. I was wondering if you had any other input as to where I might find that particular file. Thanks.
