OL2k3 Send To Error

WinXP / Outlook 2003

1. Explorer / Send To > Mail Recipient.
a. OL closed - Not Implemented Error
b. OL open - Cannot start Microsoft Oulook. A
program error has occured. Quit Outlook and Microsoft
Windows and then start again.

2. Using DoCmd.SendObject causes same error.

3. Internet Explorer > change default mail app to OL

Express Send To / DoCmd.SendObject works.

Any ideas?

I have repaired, then reinstalled, and still no go. 3 of
my 50 boxes have this issue. I have confirmed that
mapi.dll, mapi32.dll, mapistub.dll are the same version on
all machines. Also, the Sent To file in documents and
settings are the same.

Are you using roaming profiles?
If so; do things work when a user from a box you confirmed not having this
issue logs on to a box that does have this issue?
