Olap Cube Error

Hi, has anyone had this problem? When I try to create an Olap Cube from an External Datasource, all works well until I choose create Olap Cube and then I get the following error message: "Cube file could not be written. Edit the cube definition to try again. If updating an existing cube file, make sure that the file is not being used by Excel or some other application."
Any help would be greatly appreciated
