OLE Links from DBASE

I have been given the task of Converting an Approach
database into Access, with all its data. Within the
approach database there is an OLE link and Thumbnail,

Does any body know of a way of Importing this data into
Access and display the Thumbnail?

These Thumbnails are OLE links to AutoCad Drawings!
