ole not registered error

I am using the outputto command in a macro to run a simple
report to create a snapshot file. The report has labels,
lines, columns, footers. I receive the following error:

Access can't start the OLE server
you tried to use a form, report, or datasheet that
contains an ole object..... Reinstall the ole server to
register it correctly
