OLE Registration error

I have a client who is using Outlook 2000, running under Win2k. Whenever he
tries to open Outlook, he receives an "OLE registration error." I have
followed the advice I have seen in this newsgroup (i.e. re-installing IE and
OE), but he is still receiving the error. I have also removed and
reinstalled the entire Office suite.

Any suggestions?
