I GET THIS ERROR WHEN I OPEN OUTLOOK:
"An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not
correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program."
MICROSOFT DEALS WITH A SIMILAR PROBLEM IN
"Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 249768" which gives

SYMPTOMS
When you open an e-mail message that contains embedded
Lotus Notes document links on a computer where the Lotus
Notes client is not installed, the following error message
appears:
An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not
correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program.
After you click OK, the e-mail message is not displayed.
CAUSE
When Outlook attempts to locate the OLE server for the
embedded documents, the process is unsuccessful because
the OLE server is not registered. Outlook then displays
the error message. Following the error message Outlook
fails to open the message.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000
Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
BUT MY PROBLEM IS STILL THERE AND IT DOES NOT DEAL WITH
OPENING AN EMAIL, BUT DIRECTLY WHEN OPENING OUTLOOK 2000.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS NASTY PROBLEM.
