OLK2002:0x80042108 Unable to contect incoming POP3 server

I have a ISA server for firewall and porxy server on my networ
I am using on my workstation ISA Cliente and NAV, I make following test on a Win XP Pro and Win2000 Pr

1) I can make a telnet conection to my pop3 server over port 110 , after login USER & PASS
i can use a LIST command to see my inbox
2) I tryied with OLK Express and works fine, send and receiv
3) I tryied with Eudora 6.1 and woks fine too, send and receiv
4) But OLK2002 is not working
Testing account settings can´t find POP3 & SMTP server
On servers I use server name and IP addres

I try step 1 to 4 with and without NAV software

How can i fix this proble
