I work on an IMAP server from our Corporate Office. Occasionally my e-mails
begin coming in blank and the sender notification is "on behalf of", then the
name of the sender. Usually when I retype my password this corrects the
issues and I can read the e-mail as it was intended. But for the second time
in the past 3 months I've been unable to do so. My Corporate IT department
says it is a Microsoft Office XP problem, but it sures makes my life
miserable when I can't access the items I need to on the e-mail without going
through the corporate server on the web. What do I need to change on my
settings to correct these issues.
