"On My Computer" and "Mail Views"

Just installed Office 2008 on my Mac today. This is a new install of
Office never had any versions prior.

I successfully created an account to connect to my Exchange server in
Entourage. However I noticed two things called "On My Computer" and
"Mail Views."

Is there a way to remove these two folders? I've already collapsed the
folders but I would really like to have it completely out of
Entourage.

Is this possible?

In Entourage 2008, the default folder now sorts to the top of the folder
list. The Mail Views will always sort to the bottom. Mail Views are custom
views of your mail. They are often overlooked and are great ways to manage
your mail. Some users even use them as a substitute for folders. One
Exchange user with three Exchange accounts uses a custom view to view all
Inbox mail in one view.

Your request to remove the "Folders on My Computer" is often requested,
please add your voice to the list. Seen Feedback under Help in the menu bar.
