One email crashes Entourage

This is odd. Today I received an email from a source I've received
from before, but every time I click on it to view, Entourage quits and
says there's a problem. After about the fourth time, I'm trying to
delete it but it keeps on crashing the app before I can hit delete. Is
there another way to get rid of the offending email?

Probably, but you need to turn off your preview pane. That will allow you
to select it and delete it. The problem is likely something in the preview
is not agreeing with Entourage's capabilities. It is often strange html or
a very large PDF that does this.

Let me know if this works.

I am having a similar issue. I can receive emails from certain people
from one firm and most emails from these people open fine, yet when
myself and others in the office click on some random message (with or
without attachments) it freezes or crashes Entourage.

Doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason.

Tried closing preview pane and updating to 11.2.5 - neither helped...
