one key adding email account to Blocked sender list

Hi,

Can any one tell me how to set an email account to
the "Blocked Senders List" with a hot key rather then the
right mouse-junk mail-add sender to blocked process? I
don't want to do a lot of 'mousing-around', just set the
msg sender onto the block sender list quickly and move on.
