One link activating context in 2 frames

I have five frames, and I want to be able to change the content in main
frame and right frame at the same time, when I activate a link in the left
frame, which is the menuframe. Top and bottom frames do not change. How do I
do that? I am using FP2000.

Thank you so much for the help from both of you. I solved my problem and got
a lot of inspiration to work with idears I had left out thinking it was not
possible for me.
