One Note- Lost Registration Key

I have One Note 2003 installed on my "Old" lap top and I have the orginial
CD, but cant find Key. I went to Regedit and have the Product ID number. I
have a bad virus and need to reformat hard drive.

How can I reinstall One Note 2003 after I reformat my hard drive when I
cannot locate the Registration Key ( Have the orginal disk though ). Before
being directed here from one of several Microsoft's Support area( I am still
dizzy from being redirected ), I found a place that had a screen shot of
going to regedit to find the product ID in the GUID and then contact
Microsoft to help. Well I found GUID and the Product ID was shown... now how
do I get the lost Key ?

To the best of my knowledge, the registry doesn't show the product ID. But
let's assume I'm wrong, what's your question?

If not, call Microsoft Customer Service.
