One-Note typing tabs are awkward. Can't change size. Lock in.

The One-Note tabs during typing (move-to-the-right-by-pressing-the-Tab-key
tabs) seem to be locked into one size. I prefer a shorter Tab movement. If
there is a place to change the distance, I can't find it. Also, after I have
moved a certain distance in several times by tabbing, it seem to become
locked in -- rather like a cell in a table. If, on the next line, I try to
enter a longer line, past the tab location on the line above, it returns to
the next line at the tab location -- again, as if I were in a table cell.

discussion group (link below) and include the version
of OneNote from Help=>About.
