We are seeing an issue with single user accounts not being able to
connect to the Email Server from Entourage. The senario would be 9 out
of 10 users can be setup and configured to work with Entourage and one
of them cannot. It reports bad user name and password or cannot
connect to the server. We have meticulously set them up many times to
make sure we are doing it correctly.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this issue? I believe it is a problem
or issue with their account on the Exchange Server and not a Entourage
client issue.
Any help would be great.
