Online error for translation features

I'm trying to use the translation feature in Entourage and despite the fact that I'm getting emails and that I'm able to log into the help page that's online when I type a word to translate it comes with the message that office cannot connect to the Internet. "Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet, and press RETURN to try again." Am I missing a setting?

The Translations feature is broken in Office 2008. Hopefully, the Office
12.0.1 update due around March 11 will correct this problem.

I just installed the 12.0.1 update but the translation feature still seems to be broken. Any new updates soon?
