Online Templates download link broken

When I click on the download button in the project templates on office online
page, i get an error on page message.
How can I download these templates?

Hi Mikev2001,

The download page requires ActiveX on the web browser. Check your version
of Internet Explorer. IE 5.01 or later can use ActiveX controls.

The following page appears when I try to use FireFox and it contains
information on how to download the file manually.
