Only a portion of hyperlinks work in PDF created from
Adobe 5.0.5 W/Patch after MS Office SP3 installed.
Problem machine.
Microsoft Word 2002 with SP3 (10.6612.6626) and all
Office Updates applied.
Adobe Full install of 5.0.5 10/26/2001 with "a5u1t1"
applied.
The problem is that when I am in a Word document all my
hyperlinks work. After converting the document to a PDF,
only a portion of the hyperlinks work.
I can convert the same document from another machine and
they work fine. The machine that it works fine on only
has MS Word SP2 installed and Adobe Reader 6 in addition
to the Full Adobe 5 install.
I just found another machine that has been upgraded to MS
Office 2002 SP3, and I get the same bad results with this
machine. Only a portion of the hyperlinks work as well.
Looks like this problem is related to MS Office SP3.
As a side note;
If you open Outlook, then open MS Word 2002 you do not
get your Acrobat menu option. If you open MS Word first
you do get the Acrobat menu option, strange.
