Open a slideshow on a particular slide

thanks ... this is just the job.
One more question... this code works when i'm opening a .ppt in a folder...
when i try using a http link it doesn't work... do you have any ideas??

I don't have access to change these settings at work... do you have any other
ideas? it would be great to be able to force a particular slide from within
the ppt rather than via a script..
