Open attachements

I have fax to email optins and when I open a fax I get
the following error:

"Can't create file: Message.tiff. Right-click the folder
you want to create the file in, and then click properties
on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the
folder."

I've done this and nothing happens?

Any suggestions?
