Open events with "all-day" default?

I would like to get my events set-up to open with the "All-day event" box
selected as default.

Using Office 2004 on a Mac. Is this possible?

No. I could give you a script that would do so, but there would be no way
for it to open automatically on the date you "clicked on": it would have to
open to today's date or an arbitrary date. Changing the date would take
several more clicks than clicking the All-day box.
