open mailbox icon in archive

Hi,
I have archived my old mail and have transferred it to a storage disk and in doing so I have transferred some in a "Mailbox" form. The icon when asked for info shows 768 k and a small stack of discs on the icon. It will not open with Entourage. have I lost this forever or is there a fix please?

Hi David,

you will need to be more specific. What exactly did you do to create these
mailboxes? If they are in mbox format (which you can achieve by dragging
folders out of Entourage onto the desktop), you can just drag them back into
Entourage's folder list. You can also use Entourage's import function
(File>Import, Import from another application).

Michael,
thank you for your help and assistance I dragged them to my desk top but NOT to my Entourage folder panel.
It worked and you got me out of a lot of trouble.
