This is a repeat of a message thread that is still not
resolved. I hope someone can add some additional
inforamtion that will solve my problem.
When I clicked on OK the Com Add-Ins window opened with
an available Add-Inns listed as Cloudmark (my anti-spam
program). I highlighted it and clicked on Remove which
removed it from the COM Add-inns window. I then closed
that window, rebooted BUT when I open Outlook the same
message comes up (C:\Documents and
Sttings\Marvin\Application
I tried the other add-ins button but that did not have
anything that seems pertinant to this issue.

solves the problem.Go into both Add-Ins sections in Tools | Options | Other | Advanced
Options (there will be two buttons near the bottom) and see if that
add-in is listed. If so, remove it and see if that
