Open Other Exchange Users Calendars

Hi All,
We upgraded to Office 2004 with the belief that it would give us full
Exchange Server functionality.
However we can't seem to open other users calendars using Entourage
2004 for Mac.

On the windows boxes using Outlook we can go to the file menu, open
other users folder, select type of calendar and view the users
calendar. This is very useful - the boss says if we can't do this on
the Mac then we have to replace our macs with windows PCs -
aaarrrgghhh!

Any help greatly appreciated.

adam.

If free/busy server information is entered properly on your machine and
their machines, then you should be able to see other users' free and busy
times if you invite them to a calendar event. Furthermore, you can have the
other users use Outlook to configure delegation permissions for their
calendars (explained in detail in Entourage Help and the whitepaper
<http://snipurl.com/84sg>). Entourage 2004 includes new delegation features
that would allow you to access their calendars. If they grant you
appropriate permissions, you can connect to and view other users' calendars
by going to Tools > Accounts, opening the account, clicking the "Delegation"
tab, clicking the "Add" button, and adding the user ID of the person who
granted you access. You can repeat this for multiple users to see several
calendars.
