Open Other User's Folder

We recently made the upgrade to Exchange 2003 from Exchange 5.5 and we
are getting users migrated to Entourage from Outlook 2001. We find that
the "Open other users folder" menu option does not work at all on any
of our Macs with Tiger 10.4.7 + Entourage 11.2.5. We can open the
dialog box, look up the user and set the type (calendar, address book,
inbox) and the "account" is already set. No matter waht we do, we get
the error message as follows:

"The User's folder could not be found. Entourage could not find a
mailbox for the user [user acct name] This is the message even if we
are not looking for a mailbox, but just a calendar or resource."

Tommy,

I was having a similar problem. I found this resource from Texas State that
cleared it up:

It seems that the secret is making sure the email address contains the user
name, not just an alias. Once I switched from [email protected] to
[email protected] it worked great. Hopefully you'll have the same
experience.
